About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of swimhacks.com and the purchase of services offered by Swim Hacks, operated by Swim Hacks, Unit 3, Portarlington Enterprise Centre, Canal Road, Portarlington, Laois, Ireland, R32R243, Ireland.
By purchasing any service from Swim Hacks you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Swim Hacks offers the following services:
- Video Stroke Analysis — a personalised video breakdown of your swim stroke with targeted fixes, drills, and an action plan, delivered within 3–5 business days of receiving your footage
- 1:1 Coaching — in-person coaching sessions, terms for which will be agreed directly with the client
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Delivery of Service
Following payment for the Video Stroke Analysis, you will be directed to submit your swim footage. Your personalised analysis will be delivered to the email address you provide within 3–5 business days of us receiving your video submission.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay.
Video Submissions
By submitting video footage to Swim Hacks you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit the footage
- The footage does not contain any third parties who have not consented to its use
- You consent to us viewing, analysing, and storing the footage for the purposes of delivering your analysis
We will not publish, share, or use your footage for any other purpose without your explicit written consent.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our personalised digital service, we do not offer refunds once your analysis has been delivered. If you have not yet submitted your video footage, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at info@swimhacks.com.
If you are not satisfied with your analysis, please contact us and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Intellectual Property
All content produced by Swim Hacks, including video analyses, written feedback, and coaching materials, is the intellectual property of Swim Hacks and is provided for your personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Swim Hacks provides coaching and analysis for informational and educational purposes. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the application of our advice. You are responsible for your own safety and should consult a medical professional before undertaking any new exercise programme.
Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
